Ladies golf

We ladies really enjoy our golf at Hillingdon. Such an attractive course, in fact most of us have played here for 10 years and a few even 20 years.

As well as having the tee booked for our Thursday afternoon meetings, when we play our medals and competitions, there are plenty of opportunities to join in friendly matches within the club, against other sections and against other clubs.

We have several business ladies and they play mostly at weekends. They are encouraged to enter all the competitions, playing their round on the weekend before the event. Of course we are always pleased to see them on any Thursday they can manage to play and they do endeavour to make it to Special Days such as Lady Captains Day, Spring and Autumn meetings etc. Several of our retired members, mostly ex-Captains, join us on these occasions for the meal and prize giving. These are traditionally very special events and great fun.

We welcome new members, whether experienced golfers or beginners. I or any of the lady members would be pleased to meet for a chat, and/or take any prospective member around the course.
